About us
	E.K. Sports & Leisure is a family business. They have been providing day camp activities locally since 1991. The family team consists of Company founder and Directot Jeff Smith (EAGLE) who has over 35 years experience in education. He is a Physical Educationalist and has been Head of Department as well as a Deputy Head Teacher and Educational Consultant. The Eagle has lost none of his enthusiasm over the last 20 years and is still in the front line of all activities at camp. Jeff's wife Sue is the Administrative Officer and leads the team of first aiders. She is also responsible for the pastoral care to all children and coaches on site. Jeff and Sue have two sons. Both have been through the camp and have worked with us as coaches.

The emphasis of our camp is enjoyment and the children will have the opportunity to take part in many sports and activities. These are led by our reliable team of coaches who have worked with us for many camps. All our coaches follow safety codes which have guidelines for each activity.

We believe that our popularity over the years is because you view us quite simply as the best sports camp in the area offering a balanced, well structured quality service for you and your children.

We want the children to learn that sport can be fun – if they do, you as parents will feel they have used their holiday in a purposeful way. We are always available personally to answer any questions you may have.

Greenacre’s wonderful facilities consist of sports hall, gym, playing fields, tennis courts, indoor heated swimming pool, art room and drama studio. All located in a safe pleasant secure setting.

As a local family business we really do rely on the support of the local community.

We do not produce extravagant colour brochures. Our quality is in our Camps. Most of our bookings come through personal recommendations from you as parents. Please continue to recommend us to your friends as we enter our 19th year. Mark compliments our EK family management team as Director and brings his own personal expertise into the daily organisation of the camp. Mark is a graduate of the University of Exeter, holding a Masters degree in Health Science and a BSc in Exercise & Sport Science.
